Terrible Recruiting Firm

Extremely persistent head hunters with no regard for privacy

By far the worst recruiting firm I have ever had to deal with. I had 22 year old kids calling me 10+ times a day that knew absolutely nothing about software engineering. They were calling me for help desk positions and leaving voicemails screaming at the top of their lungs to the point I couldn’t even understand them. I finally called them back and politely asked them to take me off their list, but all they kept doing was asking for my personal information (Salary, Location, etc.) I’ve also tried to find more information online about them but it’s almost impossible. They must only have 1 office with 10 people or this is some sort of scheme or fake company soliciting information from IT professionals. STAY FAR AWAY

- Great leadership. - Employee focused. - Company oriented. - Goal driven. I personally have had a wonderful time working with Fortitude Systems. Specifically Trey and Chris. I worked with them getting brought on-board and throughout my time working with them on a contract. Great company that is highly focused on satisfying all avenues; both the employee and the employer. They have accomplished a lot in relationships with other companies and their employees. This is a fair company in all avenues and really does care about what it provides. Once again, thank you, you guys are awesome!

Needs more locations for developers to work so they can have a chance to work with a great company.
