Pros
I am working on a 6 months to hire contract between Fortitude and the employer they got me in contact with. It has been a great experience as a whole. Fortitude's team genuinely wants to find the perfect match between employee and employer. They truly get to know exactly what you're looking for and find you the perfect fit.
Cons
It was an incredibly quick turn around time, which really isn't a con, but a warning to be prepared to get new opportunities quickly.
