None. Maybe the 1 hour lunch break but everything else is terrible

Cons

Everything. Training isn’t correct and the jobs you train on are fake so you waste peoples time with fake interviews.

Pros

Fortitude moved quickly and was very effective throughout the process. They recruited me and helped place me in a contractor role with a large corporation. Communication was clear, timelines moved fast, and they were responsive at every step. Overall, a very positive experience.

Pros

You can make a lot of money, it is stable, you work with good people, and you get great experience and will learn a lot

Cons

Not great work life balance, cult type culture where hanging out on the weekends with coworkers is expected, the work can be monotonous and exhausting at times. Make sure to read reviews from formal employees (recruiters/sales) rather than contractors through Fortitude if you want to work here
