A passionate, effective company
Pros
I've worked with fortitude multiple times on the hunt for a job search, and their staff has always been friendly, excited, and passionate about getting me the position that fits me best, and helping make sure I get paid what I'm worth. The employees here work well together to make sure everything runs smoothly - seeking positions, arranging interviews, negotiating on your behalf... And when there's issues they've shown time and again that they'll go to bat on your behalf. The one time a miscommunication did arrive, and it turned out I'd be without insurance for a month, they went so far as to bump my pay enough to afford Cobra insurance and be able to get treated when I needed it most. I'd absolutely recommend reaching out to Fortitude if you're on the hunt for employees or employers - I'm quite glad I got to work with them.
Cons
The only issue I've ever had with fortitude was a miscommunication on whether I'd be getting insurance through fortitude which started immediately or elite which started ~1 month later. However, when to they realized what had happened, the employees went to bat for me to make sure I'd be able to get coverage during that time period, more than making up for the confusion.
