Pros

Very positive experience overall. The onboarding process was fast and they knew right away I was a good fit for their client. They check up occasionally and make sure everything is streamlined for payroll, benefits and all of the other overhead.

Cons

The time tracking system isn't the most user friendly.

Great place to work. Ive been with Fortitude for over a year and the entire team is extremely supportive & professional. I appreciate the transparency and prompt communication. Entire hiring & transition process was seamless and team reaches out to you every time you have any questions. I am looking forward to continue this partnership for long.
