Pros

The on boarding process was simple. Travis was a great help with getting the interviews setup and making the transition to contracting simple. Also I really like how they are happy and promote the possibility of converting from contractor to FTE.

Cons

Time tracking as well as still have physical pay stubs.

Terrible Recruiting Firm

Extremely persistent head hunters with no regard for privacy

By far the worst recruiting firm I have ever had to deal with. I had 22 year old kids calling me 10+ times a day that knew absolutely nothing about software engineering. They were calling me for help desk positions and leaving voicemails screaming at the top of their lungs to the point I couldn’t even understand them. I finally called them back and politely asked them to take me off their list, but all they kept doing was asking for my personal information (Salary, Location, etc.) I’ve also tried to find more information online about them but it’s almost impossible. They must only have 1 office with 10 people or this is some sort of scheme or fake company soliciting information from IT professionals. STAY FAR AWAY
