Great teamwork, but strongly depends on your manager. Working toward new medications and healthcare solutions.

Cons

Terrible health insurance 0/0. Terrible employee benefits. This can be an incredible place to work, but it will all come down to how lucky you are with your manager—some managers are micromanagers while others are top tier leaders. This company goes through c-suite employees very very often.

This company has poor change management, rushing things without adequately informing or supporting their employees. Their culture pushes the wellbeing of the client above the financial stability of the company. They value cheap labor over skilled labor. During my time there, my raises were almost nonexistent, and there was no pathway to advancement.
