      Pros

      The work environment is good. The employees and some managers are friendly. The workload is also manageable.

      Cons

      I started as an intern. The pay was below the minimum. After completing the internship I received my first promotion to an assistant role and the revised CTC was less. After a year I got promoted to an associate role, but the CTC hike was not much as compared to other companies. The main drawback here is that we won't get much exposure. Some of the employees are either managers/directors relatives and they get exposure when compared to others.

      1. Good for locals 2. Location is good in Pune

      Cons

      1. No clear strategy. Will shift you from projects to projects. PV guys to do CMC work 2. Regulatory affairs is just QA work 3. Lack of projects. 4. Horrible bureaucratic managers who will put remote workers on PIP on false trumphed up reasons
