Benefits were decent. Nothing you wouldn't expect

Cons

They treat you like a number, not a person. The pay isn't any better than most places. They are trying to outsource as much work from the US as they possibly can. So don't expect job security.

Pros

I have had two different supervisors while this company has undergone several changes. Angela was my hiring supervisor and Tiara is my current supervisor. I am still here because they have been the utmost understanding supervisors I have ever had. They understand what "LIFE WORK BALANCE IS". They understand that we are not here to be perfect in every single aspect of our jobs. However, they have high expectations for their team!! Currently in the department of screening we strive to have the best quality control there is.

Cons

When Fortrea took over, they dropped the education program, but thankfully Labcorp decided to pay my tuition till the end of 2024. I am now approaching graduation in the summer and i have decided embark in my Clinical Research program. However, before we do that, i must complete an externship or an Internship. I have tried letting my supervisor know and our cite director and they have not provided me with an answer. My guess is that we don't offer that program here. It would have been lovely if that was allowed for other types of students and not just for the pharmacy department students.
