      Pros

      Treated very well, and respectfully by department management. They encourage a good work life balance. Strong investment, communication and delivery of improvements within CPS. Frequently asked by management "what can we do better?", which is great, especially when you see them act on it. There is a strong focus on staff recognition in the monthly pulse communications. Rewarding and interesting work.

      A great diverse team, Brilliant training system. Amazing level of professionality and best technologies implemented conducting Clinical Research !

      The trainings are great interactive courses modules and sometimes it needs a bit of longer due dates especially when I am also working on my job tasks.

      1. Multiple Projects to work. 2. The Managers that Supervised Me are Great to Work with. 3. Overtime, Leave Encashment Policy, Leaves Management are awesome. 4. Being a CRO company, it is an added advantage to outstand in the Job Market. 5. Current Manager provides tons of opportunity for Professional growth. Also, Manager respects the Work-Life Balance for Team Members.

      Cons

      1. Constant Name change of the company. 2. Provide Permanent Work From Home Opportunities to Male Associates who have Genuine Family or Personal Issues which hamper them to Work From Office. 3. Avoid placing Associates in PIP (Performance Improvement Plan). People do mistakes in their Careers. Instead, transferring the Associates to other Projects can save the Termination.
