People, I like the people around me, they are good persons and colleagues. Like-work balance I believe this is always a priority for the LMs

Cons

No growth opportunities. it's not clear enough the plans and steps for a career grow/path. Lack of transparency, during the spin off it was notified that no promotions/salary increase will be happening, it was sad/frustrating to find out this was not the case.
