      New, fresh company leadership. Agile approach to tackling challenges; ability to try new things, given the autonomy to do exciting new things in marketing.

      Cons

      General challenges in the market, and challenges associated with spinning out of Labcorp and establishing a new company name, despite being around for 30+ years.

      Great Company to work for!

      Pros

      This may be a new company in this sector, but it's been built on over 30 years' previous experience as Covance, then LabCorp, before streamlining and re-branding as Fortrea. The new company may be smaller now, but it feels more responsive and more focused on their mission to do things well, and in a very timely manner... with a lot of focus on employee welfare too. We all have the option to work remotely, but I prefer an office environment to my dining table... so it's good to see others in the office who also feel the same!

      Cons

      As a new company certain processes are still being put in place, so this may sometimes hinder productivity... but it's a necessity and will continue as we go for the time being, to ensure things are done correctly and are relevant to how we want to work in this new phase.
