Pros

Amazing training and mentoring programs, excellent work-life balance. Fortrea (formerly Labcorp) is a place to grow personally and professionally. Salary is good, you can't contract for junior positions but definitely in line with country-specific expectations.

It's an amazing enjoinment with people who are ready to help and teach. Very happy with the mentors I meet during my learning path. I am very happy that I have chosen the right place for my professional growth.

Cons

Haven't noticed anything alarming that I can state as con.

Great transparency and quality of work. I love the systems I am using to complete my tasks. Amazing good line manager!

Cons

All the trainings are allocated from the beginning, when I did not confronted any issues. When I confronted some issues I had to remember where to find the information.
