Co workers are great! That's about it, I just had to add more for minimum requirement text field.

Cons

To say Management is subpar would be and understatement, you are way underpaid compared to other companies but they hide that behind offering a competitive salary which you won't find out u til they offer you a job. Nepotism is prevelant, opportunities are not equal, training is poor. You can't be promoted because you aren't competent enough but then either no training rolls out or the minimal you get isn't enough to make you competent for a promotion. Don't work here if you have any self respect
