      Pros

      This is people-oriented company that helps to bring life-changing medicines to the market. It really cares about employees as well which is proven by support delivered during UA crisis. The company itself has very healthy corporate culture that creates positive and encouraging working environment.

      Cons

      Working in times of changes (spin-off) means dealing with a lot of ambiguity, but it also creates opportunity for development.

      Pros

      Fortrea has been a great support on my career development as a Medical Reviewer. Since the beginning, providing me with the resources and the team support needed to create my first knowledge on this field and then, giving me the platform to develop my own skills to build the expertise needed. It is a company truly committed with the quality and reliability of the information gathered from clinical studies, always having the main objective of preserving patient safety.

      Cons

      During the last months, the company's re-structure has become an important challenge for everyone, but it has been very encouraging to see how all team members are bringing the best of themselves to ensure that the main values and our differentials remain afloat, making Fortrea's name a reliable partner for the industry in the Medical Research field.
