Ok insurance, comp is great if you can hit your target, great team and colleagues.

Cons

Can’t hit target. Set up for failure. Very little marketing for name changes (2 in 2 years). More growth expected next year while 90% of BDDs can’t hit target this year. Very little repeat business. CEO doing layoffs instead of being innovative. Promotions are on hold or not available. Culture is not family-friendly or balanced.
