      Pros

      Fortrea is caring about employee (When the war in my country started they propose me to evacuate me and my family from city, that was located in war zone. Moreover, war is continuing for more than 1.5 years and they still supporting me and other colleagues and providing individual assistance depending on the situation of each employee).

      Sometimes overworking may influent on work-life balance.
