Pros

The work-life balance is acceptable and the extra work hours allow to use that extra hours for personal issues

Cons

In the other hand, not having the possibility to that extra hours being paid when sometimes it is more easy for the employee (because if you have a lot of work the extra hours can't be used) is the worst con I find. 8 DOS per month for monitors is also too much in my opinion

Goal setting not appropriate, progression and training not good. Lot of micro management.
