      Pros

      The onboarding process was well-organized, and I’ve found my colleagues to be welcoming, knowledgeable, and collaborative. The company’s strong involvement in global Real-World Evidence studies was one of the key reasons I joined, and it’s been rewarding to see that focus reflected in day-to-day work. The flexibility in work arrangements and the balance between professional expectations and personal well-being have also contributed to a smooth transition into the role.

      Cons

      As with any large and evolving organization, some internal systems and processes are still being optimized, which is understandable. From my perspective, it's a bit early to fully assess aspects like long-term career development or cross-functional mobility, but I’m looking forward to learning more over time. Overall, I’m optimistic about the opportunities ahead.
