      Vacation, benefit, pension, lunch vouchers

      Cons

      Fortrea constantly talks about growth and a bright future, but the reality behind the scenes is very different. The company is aggressively cutting costs, laying off people, and treating employees as disposable. Working here drained my energy, pride, and self-confidence. Morale is extremely low, and the environment feels toxic. Unfortunately, this has been the worst company experience I’ve ever had.

      Pros

      The core teams I work with are supportive, collaborative, and some of the best names in the industry. You are blessed if your manager is a good leader, and if not, you have to play it smart by showcasing your achievements and hardwork. Company is progressive in nature, yes they are work-in-progress, but progressive is a good place to be in.

      Cons

      Mid-line managers need to lead more effectively, and get involved in tasks. There is a disconnect within workload being distributed evenly, and managers doing something about it. HR department has been very absent post the separation from Labcorp, atleast being a remote employee I haven't heard or felt any support from them during appraisals or general HR functions like team activities. Flexibility and work from home is fine, but working all round the clock, keeping all time zones in mind, can get very hectic.
