      I’m giving this company 5 stars because I was never once micromanaged or hovered over while trying to complete my job duties. My bosses trusted me, and I was left alone to do my job.

      Pros

      This company has fantastic and transparent senior leadership. The culture of the company promotes openness, anyone and everyone is encouraged to lead when necessary and to serve when necessary for every client and project. You always feel supported by management and the executive team. There’s always something to learn or new project/work opportunities.

      Cons

      Given how quickly the company is growing, there’s some uncertainty about how the company will look in the future. However, as long as things stay relatively the same and we continue to be treated well, I don’t foresee any issues.
