      A former great company that has lost it's way

      Pros

      Great salary and benefits, flexible schedule, and room for advancement.

      Cons

      Newly formed aligned structure which formed centralized groups (e.g., IT, sourcing, product development, etc.) focused too heavily on controlling cost at the expense of product improvement, quality, and innovation. Top down command and control structure with heavy input from a well known management consulting firm.
