Dogs in the office and occasional staff lunches!

Pros

Decent amount of learning in the field of PR. Plus good experience working in a team in a professional environment. Also, felt like there was good opportunity to be hired full time for those who were interested in staying long term.

Cons

Fair amount of small office politics

Pros

The company feels energetic, new ideas always welcome, Founder emphasizes hiring students from UC Santa Cruz and is very flexible. Great, relaxed work environment. Great place to start your career in PR/Marketing!

Cons

Some of the clients were tough, but management is great at delegating and managing client expectations. Not a lot of client diversity. Most of the clients are tech, but this makes sense given nearby Silicon Valley.
