More cons than pros.

Pros

Unsure. Company has potential to be great, but truly missing some key basic business principles. If you are looking for 10-15 hours on the dock, this is the best place.

Cons

Always trying to cut hours. Just handed out raises and being told to trim hours to offset the expense of raises (roughly .25 / hour) Lack of training program for employees. No path for employee advancement.

very bad ornagisation you do not really know who you are working for. they do not records the timesheet properly and the even have a the worst management i have ever seen. you work but you do not know exactly how many hours you've work and you have to stick every days with those superviors. i worked there for 5days and i was totaly lost i didn't know for which company i was working for. they told me i was working for prologstics but i was totaly lost. they did not pay me the days i worked there. the management there i did not like it. they still have my money till today......there

poor management, bad organization. leader are respectloss. i worked there for five day and i was a kind of lost because i even didn't know to whom to report. they present me a bunch of people to report to but sofar they never pay my money. something needs to be done in that site
