Not worth the stress

Pros

Friendly environment. Pay on a timely manner. Teamwork between employees.

Cons

There is no communication between management. The pay is very low and may or may not get a raise. If you work good and get the job done they unload much more work on you. Their first advice to supervisors is to delegate first then do their job, but all they do is delegate and nothing else.

Stopped paying overtime even tho they're required by federal law.

Benifits are good. Low cost.

Cons

Just recently, as of the 5th of July. All company hourly drivers are no longer being paid overtime, which is required by federal and state law. I smell a class action lawsuit. Stay away from this company.
