Pros

An entire People & Culture team dedicated to making the employee experience top notch. CEO who cares deeply about his employees.

Cons

As with so many other businesses, the Company has experienced a downturn due to COVID-19. But I have confidence that management has made necessary adjustments and we are on track to make it through the pandemic and come out stronger on the other end.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on our commitment to creating a great employee experience! The management team holds office hours every week to give all employees the opportunity to have their voice be heard and their ideas be put into action. While we needed to make difficult decisions as a result of COVID-19's impact on the economy, like you, we're also confident that we'll make it through even stronger than we were before.

Thank you for your input. Our company events have always created great memories for our team members, whether it is a social happy hour or a team building activity, our culture and employees benefit from time together outside of the office. While there are some restrictions that do not allow all employees to work remotely, there is a work from home policy in place so we would encourage you to discuss your situation with your manager. As for transit benefits, at this time we offer a pre-tax benefit for transit. Each year we review our benefits and take feedback from our employees on benefit and perk options. We appreciate your feedback! If you have other suggestions for benefits and perks at Forward Financing reach out to peopleandculture@forwardfinancing.com

Pros

You work in a team environment. Everyone is there to pick you up. It has a fun start up feel in the heart of Boston.

Cons

Sales is a position based off the numbers. You need to preform to succeed. However, they certainly prepare you. It is all up to you.
