Have enjoyed every bit of my time at Forward Financing. The culture here is the best of both worlds. It has the exciting, innovative energy of a startup, but with the stability and generous benefits of a mature, profitable company (including excellent bonus distributions). The company strikes a great balance with its flexible, remote work environment while ensuring we stay connected by hosting fantastic, in-person company get-togethers twice a year. Growth opportunities are abundant across nearly every department. The new CEO is bringing a wealth of fresh ideas and a clear vision for continued growth and success.

Three Months In: Awesome People, Serious Drive, and Real Balance

I started 90 days ago, and I can confirm: everything about this company's culture is legit. Everyone here is a genuine person, and the company itself feels incredibly authentic. What I love the most is there's no corporate fluff, just a lot of support and transparency that made my onboarding process super easy. The team is seriously driven. We’re always trying to raise the bar and push the limits on what we do, and it’s motivating to work around people who are focused on real impact. You'll definitely be challenged here, but in the best way. Even with all that high-level work, the work-life balance is truly good. Management actually tells you to log off and take time for yourself, which is incredible in such a driven company. That respect for personal time is huge.

Cons

Because we’re moving so fast and innovating in new areas, not every process is perfectly baked yet. If you prefer a workplace where everything is clearly documented and defined, you might find this challenging. However, for those who want a real opportunity to make a difference by defining new processes and helping to build the future of the company, this is an incredible place to be.
