Pros

I've been with the company for a while and been through a LOT of changes. However, Forward Financing is growing and expanding its Tech division and making some exciting moves to position it for the future. It's a great culture with a lot of wonderful people who work across channels toward a shared goal of success, but have a lot of fun doing it. I'm always glad to see everyone. The new directions we are going in Tech are really exciting and I love that we are expanding this area of our business.

Cons

Limited in the time we can get away at the moment until we can get positions filled and people trained.

Forward's people are some of the best and kindest people I've met. They strive to be successful and work very well as a team. The goals and the company's vision are very clear and we are given the necessary resources to get there. PTO is highly encouraged at all times.

Cons

Forward is still adapting to changes but they are good for business purposes.
