Forward's people are some of the best and kindest people I've met. They strive to be successful and work very well as a team. The goals and the company's vision are very clear and we are given the necessary resources to get there. PTO is highly encouraged at all times.

Cons

Forward is still adapting to changes but they are good for business purposes.
