Pros

They've managed to continue to grow without losing sight of their vision and their focus around people. I've been at a few companies that started growing and started to lose their personal touch - I haven't witnessed that at all in Forward. Management seems to truly care about their people and the environment is incredibly supportive and ready to help you achieve greatness. Seriously the best company I've ever worked for.

Cons

I truly don't have any - I love working from home, new projects, my team, etc.

Everything! Great pay, flexibility, and people. Everyone truly cares about you and your growth. If you want to learn, be challenged and grow in an incredibly healthy work environment, this is the place. I truly am so blessed to be working here and love my job everyday.

Cons

Health care plan is not the best but HSA provided by company helps. And overall it’s very cheap per month.
