Cons

Growing pains typical of a fast-growing company. Also the fact that the official hours are 9-6 instead of 9-5 can be tough sometimes.

Forward Financing is the best company I have had the pleasure of working for. They are genuinely from the top down a group of very talented but caring people who want to see you succeed as badly as you want to yourself succeed. They are always willing to listen to their employees and take the feedback in a positive manner and use it to continue to improve on a day-to-day basis. Can not recommend Forward Financing enough.

I have yet to experience a con during my duration of employment!
