Pros

FF has a people first mentality they truly believe in. The flexibility we have been given with employee choice has been great, especially during the summer. Everybody gets two volunteer days and they coordinate opportunities to volunteer and use them as well. Justin (as well as the entire leadership team) is extremely nice, approachable, and makes an effort to meet everybody.
