Everyone is so friendly and willing to help you succeed in your role. Everyone truly cares about the success of the company as a whole and comes together when it matters most!

Cons

The only con I can think of is the longer work hours usually working from 8:45am to 6:45pm

Pros

Great company culture. Smart, hard-working people, who want to have great careers but who also love when their colleagues are killing it. Fun to be part of a successful, growing, company that is always looking to do things better. Great creative energy.

Cons

You have to be comfortable with the constant change given how fast the company is growing.

Pros

FF allows its employees to work from either home or at the office. I could spend the summer in Maine or the winter and Florida and still be able to work.

Cons

The only con was that we could not WFH as much before the pandemic.
