I've never worked somewhere where the well-being, happiness and career progression of its employees was such a top priority! - 100% employee-owned business, which makes for amazing co-workers and management that are truly dedicated to seeing the Company and its employees succeed. - being part of a rapidly growing post-start up company means truly making a difference in its direction - intellectually-stimulating work - collaborative and fun environment to work in - benefits & perks that are top notch, plus a downtown office that is beautiful and full of amenities - ability to choose whether you want to work in office, at home, or in a hybrid model

Pros

The company truly cares about feedback, work-life balance and keeping employees happy. The overall attitude of all employees is very positive and more than willing to help with any task. The company has remained flexible and adaptable throughout these uncertain times and has encouraged employees do what makes them feel most comfortable in terms of working from home.

Cons

The company is growing very quickly and with these virtual times, it's tough to keep up with all the amazing new team members. Scaling will need to happen at a very quick rate.
