Pros

The company culture is very respectful and friendly. All the staff have been very welcoming and from day one they have made me feel welcome and an important part of the company.

Cons

This isn't a company policy, but rather based on my own experience. During my interview process, I feel some topics that I consider important were omitted. Additionally, during my first few days at the company, my direct manager resigned, so my training and preparation were somewhat limited.

The company has been going through a super exciting time, experiencing a bunch of growth while still maintaining an awesome culture and the people making Forward a truly special place. The 2x a year get togethers in Boston are something everyone looks forward to. The fact the company is fully dedicated to being remote has led us to bring on high caliber talent. FF rewards it's people, we rolled out a new set of incentives in 2025, including a Presidents Club trip. We set countless records in 2025 and excited to see what 2026 brings!

Remote Work: The ability to work remotely is a huge plus and provides a great work-life balance. Company Culture: You can really feel the values here. The employees are high-caliber, professional, and genuinely great people to work with. Management Support: As a Manager, I feel heard. Leadership is approachable and values input from their team. Benefits: The benefits package is competitive, specifically the generous PTO policy.

Cons

Internal Communication: Change management could be smoother. Sometimes changes that directly impact our daily workflows aren't communicated early enough, which can cause unnecessary friction.
