Awesome Employees - The company hires amazing people that really fit in with the culture. Opportunity for Growth - Upwards mobility is very important, and since my first interview to now my manager has given me the tools I need to achieve that goal. Culture - Happy Hours! Company Lunch! Team Outings! Company Outings!

A company and culture focused on the people... employees and customers

* The company is super-focused on promoting a positive work environment for its people... one where employees are engaged, passionate and striving to develop their careers. Not always easy to do at a fast-growing, dynamic company, but Leadership works very hard to achieve this * Customer experience is top of mind for all employees... especially during these tough times, the company has really demonstrated its commitment to its SMBs through top-notch custom service and support * Employees at all levels genuinely seem excited to go to work, and are constantly looking for ways to be innovative in their roles and responsibilities... people take pride in their work

Cons

* Like any fast growing company in a dynamic industry (especially during these times), goals and priorities may have to shift and adjust. For many, this can come across as exciting... but for others, it can perhaps be overwhelming. That being said, the company does a good job of communicating the "why" behind decisions and is very transparent in articulating its decisions.
