Pros

The people are amazing, and the company is growing fast in the right direction. Before Forward Financing, I was just a number to my previous employers. Forward Financing feels more like a family than just a regular job. As a father of three, anything can happen. Kids can get sick, school vacations, and so on. Forward Financing is flexible by letting their employees work remotely from home, so we take care of our kids. The CEO and the President of the company care about there employes, and I can talk to them any time I want. I don't need to go through my manager to speak to the CEO or the President.

The pros are just numerous and almost countless. 1) Great coworkers and culture; 2) plenty of office snacks, refreshments and even a suggestion box; 3) flexible hours; 4) management is concerned about employee concerns - they even have individuals whose job is dedicated to making sure our time is enjoyable - having left a traditional corporate atmosphere I can vouch this is extremely rare; 5) proximity to public transportation/MBTA; 6) proximity to multiple lunch options; 7) free weekly lunch and biweekly breakfast; 8) open hours with senior management to air your concerns; 9) competitive pay and great benefits. I think this has been mentioned in almost every review but it's worth mentioning again, the company has an amazing culture - people care about one another and management cares that employee morale and happiness are high. When you take care of your employees, they will take care of your clients - and you can see it by the fact that FF has continued to improve its month-to-month funding goals. Overall, I am very happy to have joined FF.
