Management truly cares about what employees have to say. We are constantly being surveyed, asked for feedback, encouraged to ask questions and give suggestions related to the Company. We have quarterly business updates where the CEO shares with us strategy, and shows us all how the company is doing. The culture is unbelievable - we have an entire People & Culture Team that focuses on employees’ well-being, plans tons of social events and helps with coaching managers on how to deal with situations. Everyone is very smart and very passionate about what they do. It’s really a joy to go to work here. I feel like I’ve found a hidden gem in coming to work here!

Cons

There are none! We are now moving to a new office so space constraints we had will be gone!

I have been with Forward Financing since 2017 & I have to say that I have never experienced such a fantastic culture compared to all of the other companies. The leadership team is transparent on the vision of the company, and they are very involved in ensuring the success and the growth of all of their employees.

Cons

No cons other than how fast we have outgrown our current space due to how quickly the company has grown.

Great Culture and Great Environment!

The people are amazing, and the company is growing fast in the right direction. Before Forward Financing, I was just a number to my previous employers. Forward Financing feels more like a family than just a regular job. As a father of three, anything can happen. Kids can get sick, school vacations, and so on. Forward Financing is flexible by letting their employees work remotely from home, so we take care of our kids. The CEO and the President of the company care about there employes, and I can talk to them any time I want. I don't need to go through my manager to speak to the CEO or the President.
