Pros

You feel like you are apart of the team as soon as you walk through the door on your fist day. The on-boarding and training process is very efficient and gets you up to speed quickly. The focus on culture is evident through weekly lunches and monthly outings, allowing you to build relationships with people all throughout the company. It is a fast-paced environment which constantly presents new and exciting challenges each and every day.

I have been with the company since 2015. Since then, I've found that management has always invested in my career growth. As my professional goals evolved so did my responsibilities and positions at the company. I've been lucky enough to attend trainings and acquire knowledge and skills that will carry me throughout my career. Recent senior hires have brought more ideas and fresh eyes to an already high functioning team. I'm excited to see where 2019 brings Forward Financing!

Cons

We will soon be outgrowing out current office space, which really is a great problem to have.
