Great culture and team with many great opportunities to expand both personally and professionally. Decentralized management encourages empowerment and decreases micro management.

Cons

Can get strenuous and must be able to multi task constantly often in short amounts of time. Always room to improve interdepartmental communication.

They are both easy to work for and care a lot about the company. - Growth: There is a lot of room for growth both within the company and industry. - Impact: Small company so everyone's work directly affects the success of the company. - Environment: Working with great people everyday, company outings each month, weekly lunches, ping pong room, intramural sports

Cons

Nearly all of the bad reviews are a result of the company restructuring its sales team and are not an accurate reflection of the company.
