-Everyone excels here, so you learn a lot from your peers -If you do projects that benefit others, you grow faster -The Leadership team is very open and approachable -The company cares about people and tries to make people comfortable; that's part of the culture here.

Forward Financing has given me a completely different perspective on what a full-time job should be. From the hiring process, the onboarding, the follow-up, the availability of leaders, the growth opportunities, and the flexibility to the work-life balance; belonging to a company with this kind of work culture has been a wonderful and invaluable experience for me and has made a significant impact on my family as well, since I can be more present for my daughters without compromising my daily responsibilities. Furthermore, the company has given me the opportunity to be part of the story of the many small businesses we serve every day and to positively impact our communities.

Cons

It is a growing company, and consequently, it is constantly changing, so there are always areas of opportunity and improvement. However, every day, the leaders strive and work on it.
