Forward is my first job, and I have been here since I was 18 years old. Personally, I could say that Forward is an excellent place for professional development. I started in the operations area, where I quickly scaled to Senior Data Analyst. After that, I transitioned to the IT area, initially as support, and recently I was promoted to Systems Administrator. All of this, trusting in my potential without having previous experience in any of the roles I have held.
