Pros

I have worked at several companies in different sales roles - both outside and inside. I have never worked someplace with a culture like this. There is no back-stabbing among coworkers. Everybody is very supportive - both coworkers and management. My coworkers want me to succeed. Management understand that its a two way street - I am expected to perform but they understand they need to support me and provide the necessary tools as well. The company has grown significantly but has been able to remain flexible and its nice to have a voice. My coworkers and my ideas are listened to and implemented which provides the opportunity to have a real impact on the company. I have learned a ton and continue to learn and grow. I am learning not just sales skills that relate to this job and career but am encouraged and provided with resources to help me grow personally and professionally outside of work as well. We have great company outings every month to celebrate the success of the month. Company provides lunch on Fridays as a way for us all to connect between different departments. I have made a lot of friendships here as well that continue outside of work. I am so happy that I have the opportunity to be a part of this company and grow my career.

Cons

It is very challenging as I am expected to act like an owner, take on a lot of responsibility and be very proactive. This has helped me to grow as well. It is definitely a work hard, play hard culture. There can be some long work days but we always celebrate our success as a team which makes it worthwhile. Things are always changing. Have to be able to cope with change.

Pros

Best group of people I've ever worked with. You have a ton thrown at you, but if you like that then you learn a ton too. Fun culture and office environment. Month end outings, ping pong in the office, lunches, etc...

Cons

Industry and company are growing fast, so things are constantly evolving internally, which can be very frustrating at times. Communication around common goals could be better, and just in general given how fast the industry is changing. I want to know what to expect! It can be a little unsettling, so best to over communicate.
