Pros

This is the first non-profit organization I have ever worked for and I absolutely love it. My mission is very much in alignment with the company's mission in helping others, so it feels meaningful. I connect very well with majority of employees and supervisors. I love that my Supervisors listen to my ideas and allow me to be creative in my program. They have been flexible in working with my schedule as a mother which is amazing. This company listens and treats its employees very well when given the chance.

Cons

I have to think hard of a con. There's a lot of changes that happens within the company, however people like me can swim with the changes so I don't see that as a con where as someone else might. The changes can be exciting...fresh...keeping you on you toes while adapting.

FSC is a fast paced team oriented environment. We pride ourselves on working together towards a common goal, helping participants find the best version of themselves and meeting them where they are at. You will never be bored and your team will always help you up if you need help.

Cons

We cannot ever find enough people to help. We are always looking for more customers to allow us to join them on their journey to self sufficiency!
