      Pros

      Continued education and training, innovative, good wages for employees with chances for promotions, leadership and wage increases, 401k match, flexible and always looking for feedback to improve, great hours and does well with recognition, very close team and strong leaders.

      Cons

      Sometimes has the feel of lacking job security (if and when the next layoff will occur), no orthodontic care in our benefits, can't find any forms on SharePoint but often directed to go there.

      Supportive Leadership, Great Atmosphere, Leadership Training, Competitive Wage, Great Benefits Package/PTO, 11 Paid Holidays, Amazing Team/Colleagues, Flexibility, Cohesive Programming, Incredible 401K Match, Education and Training Opportunities, CEO sends hand written cards for each employee's birthday and work anniversary. CEO and upper level management know each employee by name and are all easily accessible. FSC is a Family.

      Cons

      No Cons: You will leave every day feeling fulfilled, valued and confident that you are transforming lives by helping individuals realize a larger sense of possibility about the person they can become.
