Pros
Good health insurance and vacation days (You'll need that health insurance after this place destroys you, but good luck trying to use your paid time off!)
Cons
The most positive reviews you will find for Forward Service Corporation are from new employees that have been coaxed to write them by regional directors, who are desperately trying to make a name for themselves and need their ego stroked by Mother Corporate. These employees inadvertently drink from the commercial cup of Kool-Aid and have no idea yet what new horrors await from their seemingly innocent career choice. The other positive reviews are written by those in the company who are responsible for mixing and distributing the Kool-Aid. This company will not be a good fit for anyone who cares about people or ethics, but their job will require an uncanny ability to pretend that you do. If you are considering a position with Forward Service, despite the multitude of negative reviews, in hopes that it could be just the stepping stone you need in your career, or perhaps you desperately need the income, or are tempted by the benefits they boast about, you should take heed and understand the heavy consequences this choice will have on your health, family, and personal life. Whether you are considering an exempt or non-exempt position, this company will consume you and wreak havoc upon everything you hold dear, especially your sanity. Sure, if you are one of the lucky ones that escapes in time, you can probably recover with enough time, but why take the chance? You should also know if you are planning on working here, or maybe you already do (I am so sorry for you!), the turnover statistics for this company are alarming (people eventually figure out what I am already warning you about). If you have read all of this and think that you are too desperate for employment to care and decide to take a chance, you cannot say you haven't been warned. You'll soon learn what it means to live in Hell on Earth. And just for kicks and giggles, you should really look up the salaries of the corporate employees. It's kind of disgusting to think that the government is funding wages in this amount of excess for this organization's top executives only to distribute ridiculously small amounts of public welfare to some of the states most impoverished people.
