Probably the best company I have ever worked for. The entire company has a family feel where you feel comfortable going to work everyday and can confidently bring up any concerns to your leadership.

They have a decent benefits package.

Cons

Low pay, Poor management, Very very poor dissemination of information, Cliquey, Non inclusive working environment. New devs get put on testing and documentation tasks rather than actual development, You have to threaten to quit in order to get a decent raise. Boys club management
