      Pros

      Overall a great company if looking into Government Contracting. Will give DoD Cleareance if you don't have one and is required.

      Cons

      Need to be flexible and wear multiple hats. There are tasks that is not part of your job description or job responsiblity that you will have to do. Support many different roles.

      A positive work environment and provides much room for advancement and collaboration. Lots of outside work events which are always fun.

      Cons

      communication from middle management down to employees can at times be inconsistent, but for the overall size of the organization it is great.
