The company will allow you space to try new things and pursue what interests you

They don't seem to be able to hire a project manager that can actually manage a project. Lots of junior people and projects seem to be top heavy.

With DoD contracts and the way government funding works, you cannot count on focusing on the same type of work for too long, because you might get moved at a moments notice. This can be a good thing for people who like changes of pace and to broaden their skill sets, though.
