It's an amazing work environment if you enjoy working with children! You have exceptional support from a management team that goes above and beyond. Communication between management and employees has been exceptional in my experience. The management team does an amazing job of recognizing the positive aspects of your work performance, as well as give you constructive feedback on how to be a better teacher. The class sizes are kept to a reasonable level, where you can do your job effectively and efficiently. The training is extensive and will give you the ability and confidence you need to perform as a great teacher on day one.

Cons

Pool is heated and may dry out your skin if you work a decent amount of hours.

Pros

All my coworkers are some of the best people you will meet in society. They are welcoming, fun, and truly care about what they do. The hours are very flexible and there is plenty of support to accommodate schedules. The starting pay is great, with plenty of opportunities for raises and promotions. And the job itself is a blast. I always leave in a better mood than when I came in.

Cons

One downside is the crazy amount of information you learn at the beginning. It can feel a bit overwhelming, but it is all helpful and will make sense once you start teaching.

Pros

you set your own schedule for the quarter and management assigns you classes that stay set for the quarter--gives a nice balance of flexibility and guaranteed hours. Friendly staff and welcoming environment. Very positive company culture. Bonus pay offered for subs and weekend shifts.

Cons

The training program is being updated so it's a bit touch and go at some points, but will be nice when it's done. New teachers sub for other instructors after they've passed their training until the next quarter starts, so hours can get a little shaky in the middle there, but you do get a pay increase for sub hours, so they try to make it easier on new employees.
